Why ArgosIQ exists

Companies are steered by reports people assemble by hand, late and softened on the way up. ArgosIQ exists to fill every job, automate the work and deliver the reports a CEO needs to guide and direct the company, straight from where the work happens.

Built on public frameworks

  • COSO internal control
  • APQC process framework
  • O*NET and ESCO tasks
  • DORA metrics
  • NIST CSF 2.0

Explore Sample Holdings

One sample company runs through every view, its figures add up, and the views work.

The agents that do the work write the report you read. ArgosIQ runs the whole tree, from the work to the board. Other tools cover a slice: one seat, one function, one system’s agents, or goals without the numbers.

1.0 The virtual C-suite

A virtual C-suite that does the job, and agrees on the numbers.

A virtual chief runs each function: closing the month, chasing what is late, drafting the reports. It holds the chief’s seat, or works for the person who does. People decide where you or the law say so, and every chief reads the same numbers.

3.0 Agents under your rules

Autonomy is your setting. The limits are built in.

Give an agent the authority you would give a new hire, and more as it earns it. Every action is checked against your rules before it happens, and one switch stops it. Where a law names a person, that person decides.

4.0 Every level

What happens in the work reaches the CEO in its owner’s words.

Each person gets the view their level needs: a worker’s day, a team digest, a department report, the CEO’s review. Each level drafts for the next, people confirm or sign, and anyone can raise a signal.

ArgosIQ holds every function’s numbers and acts in your systems, so nobody and no agent sees or does what it should not.

  • 01

    Isolated by design

Row-level security walls off every organization in the database, and every business inside it. Compartments keep a deal or an investigation out of every answer, brief and roll-up.

  • 02

    Identity you control

SAML and OIDC single sign-on, multi-factor sign-in with passkeys, and access by business, level and purpose. Every agent has its own identity and sponsor; no shared accounts.

  • 03

    Keys you hold

Credentials are encrypted under managed keys, apart per business and environment, with customer-managed keys. A saved secret is never shown again.

  • 04

    Tamper-evident audit

Every action and every sensitive read lands in a hash-chained log with its approval and request, ready to export or replay.

  • 05

    Agents fenced in

Tools and outbound traffic are allow-listed. Outside inputs stay data, never instructions, and a deny always wins.

  • 06

    AI governance

An AI use register, evaluation for every role and your choice of model. Your data never trains a model maker’s models, and what a law gives to a person stays with that person.

  • 07

    Answerable to the board

Agents refuse unlawful instructions, whoever gives them. Each refusal, and each executive’s override of a control, goes to the audit committee or the independent directors, never to the person who gave it. Switching off logging, the stops or the disclosure log takes two people with board-level authority, and the board gets its own AI-workforce report.

  • 08

    Ready for a bad day

Every agent-held seat has a manual fallback. Customer-facing agents keep to your limits with a stop per channel, and agent output says it is AI by default.

Data residency: United States.

Questions

Who is ArgosIQ for?

Companies of any size, from founder-led to groups of several businesses: the board, the CEO, every executive, manager and team, and the people and agents doing the work.

How is it different from function tools and agent suites?

Function tools roll up inside one function: revenue to the CRO, engineering to the CTO, planning to the CFO. Suite agents work inside one system of record. ArgosIQ runs the whole tree, every function and every business, with the work done by people and agents in the same system that reports on it, and every number labeled. It works alongside your suites and their agents, through their APIs, MCP and agent-to-agent.

Does ArgosIQ replace my people?

You decide which seats people hold and which agents hold. Most seats start with an agent drafting and a person approving, and an agent takes on more only as it earns it.

What do agents do, and where does a person decide?

Agents hold seats and do the work: closing the books, paying approved invoices, answering tickets, drafting forecasts and reviews. You set how far each one acts alone, in one authority matrix. A person decides where a law names one: an officer signs a US corporation’s tax return, a US issuer’s CEO and CFO certify its reports, and the board’s directors take board decisions. In the EU, a significant decision about a person stays with a person unless GDPR Art. 22(2) allows otherwise. By default, decisions about a person’s job also stay with a named person, and wherever an employment-AI law applies, ArgosIQ adds the notices, reviews and records it requires. You can change that default in your matrix wherever no law requires a person.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

It stops at its limits before it acts. Every action is logged with its approval and request, a change in another system rolls back wherever that system allows, and an incident lowers the agent’s autonomy on its own. One switch pauses an agent, a function or every agent.

What does it connect to?

Every system the company runs, from the ledger to the warehouse. See the integrations.

How long does it take to start?

Days, in three steps. You review each draft and adopt it.

  1. Map the company. ArgosIQ drafts seats, reporting lines and charters from your HR system and a function pack, and interviews your executives for their goals.
  2. Connect and define. Your identity provider and every system connect, read-only by default. Each metric gets one definition, one owner and a place in the tree, and your chart of accounts and operating rhythm are drafted from them.
  3. Run the company. Direction goes down, results come up and commitments run across, with agents inside the authority you set.
